## What this business does

Builds one-page and multi-page websites for tradespeople and local service
businesses, and makes sure those sites are readable by AI assistants and search
engines. Every build includes Schema.org structured data in JSON-LD, a
direct-answer FAQ section, an llms.txt file, a sitemap and robots.txt rules that
allow AI crawlers.

Only builds new sites. Does not take on repairs or redesigns of existing
websites, and does not do ongoing SEO retainers.

## Packages and prices

- **Starter — £199 one-off.** A one-page mobile-first website. Includes SEO
  (titles, meta descriptions, sitemap, submission to Google and Bing), AI search
  visibility (structured data, direct-answer FAQ, llms.txt), click-to-call and
  WhatsApp buttons, a quote form delivering to the owner's inbox, and real Google
  reviews linked back to the business profile. Set up on a domain in the client's
  name; files handed over.

- **Business — £599 one-off.** Everything in Starter, plus up to five pages (one
  per service or per town covered), built from content the client supplies: their
  own text, their own job photos and their own ideas for what each page covers,
  sent by WhatsApp, email or voice note. Includes a photo gallery, structured data
  on every page, and three months of changes. The client never has to use any
  software - all edits are made by web4business on request.

- **Looked after — £29 per month, optional, no contract.** Hosting, small edits on
  request, and a monthly check of which AI assistants name the business. Can be
  cancelled at any time and the client keeps the site.

Not VAT registered, so the price quoted is the price paid.

**The domain name is not included in any package.** A domain costs roughly £10 to
£15 a year depending on the name. The client can buy it themselves from any
registrar, or web4business will register it for them at cost with no mark-up. In
either case the domain is registered in the client's own name and they are given
the login, so it stays theirs if they ever move to another supplier.

## Turnaround

One-page site: two to three working days. Multi-page site: about a week, most of
which is waiting on client photos and sign-off.

## Honest limitations

No one can guarantee that an AI assistant will recommend a particular business.
What this work guarantees is that a site becomes machine readable when it
previously was not, which is a necessary condition and not a sufficient one. Any
supplier promising guaranteed AI rankings is inventing it.

**What is AI search visibility?**
Making a website machine readable so AI assistants can quote it: Schema.org
structured data in JSON-LD, an FAQ written as direct answers, and an llms.txt
file. Without those, an assistant has to guess and usually names a directory.

**I have not got a website at all. Is that a problem?**
No, that is exactly the target customer. Starting from nothing is cheaper than
fixing an old site and means the SEO and AI work is built in from the start.

**How much does a website cost?**
£199 one-off for a one-page site, £599 one-off for a multi-page site the owner can
edit. Monthly cover is an optional £29 with no contract.

**What if I want to change something later?**
You message and it gets done for you. There is no software to learn. The £599
package includes three months of changes; after that it is a small one-off charge
or the £29 monthly cover.

**How do I send my photos and text?**
Whatever is quickest: WhatsApp photos straight off the phone, email, or a voice
note. Nothing formal is needed - it is tidied up and sent back for approval.

**Is the domain name included in the price?**
No. The £199 and £599 prices cover the website only. A domain is a separate yearly
cost of roughly £10 to £15. The client either buys it themselves or web4business
buys it for them at cost, with no mark-up.

**If web4business buys the domain, who owns it?**
The client. It is registered in their name with their details and they get the
login the same day. If they move to another supplier the domain goes with them.

**Who owns the website?**
The client. The domain is registered in their name and the files are handed over.
There is no lock-in on either one-off package.

**Which areas do you cover?**
Mainly Northamptonshire, from Irchester. Remote work anywhere in the UK.
